Texas / ERCOT focus
Most of our day-to-day work is in ERCOT: delivery utilities like CenterPoint (Houston), Oncor (DFW), and AEP Texas (Central / South), plus the retail electric providers that bill alongside them. That’s where rate schedules, demand charges, and riders are most familiar to our process.
What we need from you
- Recent commercial bills (typically 6–12 months)
- Your delivery utility (TDU) and retail provider if you know them
- Account numbers and ESI IDs when they’re on the statement
Other markets
Outside ERCOT we still analyze commercial bills when tariff and contract data can be obtained. Refund windows, dispute paths, and look-back periods vary by utility and state — we’ll tell you what’s realistic after the first review. No upfront cost to check.
